Interactive Wine Tasting

A one or two hour interactive and educational wine tasting.  This is a great idea for any sort of get-together:

girls' night, wedding shower, engagement party, birthday party, couples' night, client entertainment or corporate event. 

Select a theme from below or work with Jessica to create your own customized event!  This wine tasting

option includes:

• Guided wine tasting of 5 wines (for a one-hour event) or 8 wines (for a two-hour event)
• Research and preparation time
• Participant Packets (Information on food and wine pairing, wine tasting tips, tasting notes and information specific to your theme)
• Set up, clean up and travel time
• Use of ALL equipment including wine glasses, pour out buckets, corkscrews, pourers, ice, etc.
• A list of food pairing suggestions for the event prepared for the host

Reception-Style Wine Tasting

A one or two hour wine tasting perfect for a cocktail party or other gathering where the focus is on socializing, along with a bit of wine education!  Jessica will speak for 15-20 minutes at the beginning of your event, and then be available to pour the wine samples, answer individual questions, and provide information and suggestions.  Select a theme from below or work with Jessica to create your own customized event!  This wine tasting option includes:

• 5 wines (one hour) or 8 wines (two hour) for tasting
• Takeaway/tasting sheet for all guests
• Set up, clean up and travel time
• Use of ALL equipment including wine glasses, pour out buckets, corkscrews, pourers, ice, etc.
• A list of food pairing suggestions for the event prepared for the event coordinator (Jessica is also available to work with area caterers)

Wine Cellar Consultation:  Ready for the wine cellar of your dreams?  Let Jessica guide you through the simple and FUN process of building your very own wine cellar!  We start with a palate assessment blind tasting and then discuss the basics of storage and selection all while customizing your cellar to reflect your personal tastes!

Personal Wine Buying:  Let's face it:  you're busy with the demands of your job and home.  You still need or perhaps even love to entertain, but when time is of the essence, it's nice to have someone who knows your palate ensure that you have what you need on hand for everyday or for special occasions.
