Q: How much do I need to know about wine to host a tasting?
A: Our wine tastings are designed to be fun and educational! You are
always encouraged to make comments and ask questions during the
tasting. So, whether you know a lot or a little everyone will
learn at a wine tasting hosted by AWC!
Q: Can I pick my own wines?
A: AWC will do its best to accommodate your requests, however, it is best
to choose or create a theme and let Jessica procure the wines based
on availability and your budget.
Q: Do I
have to provide my own wine glasses?
A: Not only will AWC provide tasting glasses, we will also come equipped
with everything else you need for tasting, including buckets for
dumping, ice, and corkscrews. We'll even take it all away and
leave you mess-free!
Q: Where
can the wine tasting be held?
A: Events can be held in your home, place of business or in a venue of
your choosing. If necessary, AWC will work with your caterer
or event planner on the details. Travel within a 50-mile
radius of Asheville is included in the price of the wine tasting.
Any outlying destination may incur an extra travel charge.
