About Jessica...
Jessica Creel is the owner and founder of Asheville Wine Consulting. She has nearly 10 years in the wine industry, beginning as a student in France in 1998. Her passion was born during exploration of the country which took her to some of the most renowned wine regions of the world, including Bordeaux, Champagne, Burgundy and Provence.
Jessica's love affair with wine continued stateside, where she has served as restaurant wine director, wine sales distributor, and private wine consultant for three major California labels.
Now stationed in Asheville, Jessica is committed to the evolution of wine culture in Western North Carolina. Throughout her career, she has led innumerable wine tastings and informative classes with the ultimate goal of making wine more approachable and without pretense.
